Thyme

Thymes in South Texas are expected to have a lifespan of approximately two years.
All thymes are deer resistant. A Mediterranean herb that is excellent for cooking in fowl, fish, soups,
stews, breads and baking. Thyme is known by cooks and chefs as “the blending herb,” because it
brings different flavors together well. All thymes need to be trimmed after blooming to encourage growth.
