Plant Specifications
Rosemarinus officinalis ‘Mrs. Howard’s Creeping.’ Perennial. Full Sun. Height 14” – 28”.
A good, hardy rosemary with green upright growth. The large, wide, medium-green leaves on thick trailing stems, and its taller stature separate this variety from trailing rosemarys.
In the Garden
Beautiful flat-leaved upright rosemary with light blue blossoms. Very attractive, sturdy shrub in the garden, it will produce blooms several times during the year. The aroma is a more traditional ‘rosemary scent’ than other creeping varieties.
Plant Uses
Another superb culinary herb for use in just about any recipe: Vegetables, Stews, Soups and Meats – particularly lamb.
Pairs beautifully with garlic.
