Plant Specifications
Rosmarinus Officinalis ‘T. Blue.’ Perennial. Full Sun. Height: 4’–5’
A thick leaf upright rosemary with dark green, stubby needles. Straight, tall stalks grow in lovely columnar shapes – a noble addition to the garden.
In the Garden
Very prevalent in southern California, this rosemary does best in a rocky, well-drained soil. Does not care for black or clay soil.
Plant Uses
Because the leaves are so thick, the stems are well-suited for grill skewers and is known for one of the best flavors for use in cooking. One of the first rosemarys used by chefs when fresh herbs first became available.
