In the Garden
This thyme, with its colorful leaves and slight lemon scent, does best in sandy, rocky or well drained soil. Another thyme whose leaves becomes variegated during the intense growing season. Not recommended for pots, but in the landscape garden. When our south Texas heat gets going, the Golden Lemon Thyme loses its leaf variegation, dies down and rests.

Stunning in the Garden and excellent in cooking with fish, fowl and soups.
