Lacy clumps with leaves like lemon drops with pointed tips. When mature, it has an
intensely refreshing lemon scent.
In the Garden
A beautiful shrub in containers or a garden. Grows well as a tree on the southside protected between buildings. This plant should be planted somewhat isolated from other plants since it releases oils that can damage surrounding plants. Encourage growth by trimming.
Plant Uses
Primarily used as an ornamental. Cut leaves for fresh flower arrangements or drying and wreaths. Gently crush the leaves for scent. Frequently used in potpourris.
