The soft fuzzy leaves are a bit bigger than the dwarf curry and a faster growing curry herb.
This curry looks very similar to Spanish Lavender.
In the Garden
This plant grows well in rocky or sandy soil, Great for rock gardens…etc.
Standard Curry prefers is a native of Turkey, prefers it warm and dry and thrives on sunny slopes where it attracts beneficial insects to its unusual flowers.
Plant Uses
Use strictly in cold foods – again this is not the curry spice but an herb, therefore when used with hot foods can turn bitter.
